The group started gathering in the morning, then we moved to the forest where we formed a circle to begin, as part of the daily routine, by sharing the “superpower” of each person in the group.

After that, we started the training by sitting on the ground, with meditation and breathing exercises. Then we began expanding the interaction with nature through physical and auditory connection with it.

Later, we did a paired exercise, where every two people worked together. The connection with nature continued, but another type of connection was added with the partner, by placing one hand on the head and one hand on the lower back while moving freely and in different ways through the space. The partner’s task was to maintain this connection throughout the exercise. After that, we switched roles.
In the end, we had a listening and sharing session with the group, where each person expressed their feelings and opinions about this experience.
For lunch, we recharged our energy with a plate of spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino (garlic, olive oil, and chili pepper), a classic and beloved Italian dish

In the afternoon we took some objects from the nature and we made a tool to use or to wear and show our art to each other

and then we took a beautiful picture all together with our arts
we used our object to build a scene. We split into four groups, and the scene was based on the idea of appearing and disappearing. We didn’t need to act; the main point was to decide the audience’s point of view while moving freely through the space.
The scene gradually took shape as we walked between the trees, allowing the audience to create their own story and surprising them with what would happen next.
